Do I need to be a member to play?
No — The Willows is open to the public. Memberships are available for golfers who want added benefits, priority booking, and exclusive perks.
How do I book a bay?
Reservations can be made online through our booking portal or by calling the lounge directly. Walk-ins are welcome when space is available.
How long does it take to play 18 holes on a simulator?
One golfer typically takes about an hour to play 18 holes. A group of four usually finishes in about 3.5 – 4 hours.
Equipment
Do I need to bring my own clubs?
You’re welcome to bring your own clubs, but complimentary men’s, women’s, and left-handed sets may be available, call ahead to reserve. We also feature demo clubs from top brands.
Do you provide golf balls and tees?
Yes, premium balls and tees are included with your session. No need to bring your own.
Lessons & Coaching
Are lessons available?
Yes — PGA-certified professionals are available for private lessons, group instruction, and junior programs.
Can beginners take lessons?
Absolutely. Our instructors specialize in all skill levels, from first-timers to competitive players.
Food & Beverage
Can I order food and drinks while I play?
Yes — you can order from our partnered restaurants and enjoy food and drinks right at your bay.
Is alcohol available?
Eventually in the first 6 months of operation. In the meantime, we will allow BYOB.

What are the benefits of becoming a member?
Memberships include reduced rates, advance booking privileges, guest passes, and access to exclusive events.
Do you host corporate events or parties?
Yes — our lounge can host up to 80 guests. We offer customizable event packages with food, drinks, and simulator access.

What should I wear?
Casual, comfortable attire is recommended. Golf shoes or sneakers are best — no metal spikes, please.
Is parking available?
Yes, there is free on-site parking at The Grove corporate center. You can drop off your clubs at our bag drop and then park your vehicle.
